An independent BUILDING SURVEY by Davis Blackburn, carried out by one of our qualified and experienced staff will provide you with an easily understandable and comprehensive technical report on the condition of the building so that, in possession of the facts, you will be able to make an informed and confident decision.

For the smaller, newer house, bungalow or flat, we can prepare a limited SURVEY which includes a limited inspection and concise report, sufficient to convey our general opinion on the quality and condition of the fabric.

We also conduct structural surveys of all types of commercial and industrial premises and can give verbal or short written reports for domestic dwellings.
